We do not live in Illinois so we were really nervous about this situation. To be honest, he was very dependable from the very beginning, proactive, professional and honest, we communicated with him all the time by messages, emails, phone calls and he was very responsive and reliable which gave us total peace of mind. He is very knowledgeable and will advise wisely and we couldn’t have asked for, really easy to work with. I found him researching on Zillow for the Realtors that sold more houses recently in our neighborhood in the least time, he also got those houses sold for more than they listed for.

Josh even went out of his way to check on the basement for water during a heavy rain just days before closing. If you are looking for a realtor I would highly recommend talking with Josh!
